At Outback Drover Co. we offer the following shipping methods:

Return and Exchange Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted starting 20 days after purchase date (preorders 20 days after shipping date)

 

• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We do not refund or exchange products that are not returned in this order. All shipping costs are non refundable.

Refunds are offered at our discretion if the product is proven to be faulty prior to shipment.
Please email us to request returns/exchange or exchange of items. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without being approved by Outback Drover Co.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
