Return and Exchange Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted starting 20 days after purchase date (preorders 20 days after shipping date)
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We do not refund or exchange products that are not returned in this order. All shipping costs are non refundable.
Refunds are offered at our discretion if the product is proven to be faulty prior to shipment.
